Andrew Speed joined Ridley as National Sales & Marketing Manager for Cheetham Salt in July 2007, and was appointed General Manager Cheetham Salt in June 2008. Prior to joining Cheetham Salt, Andrew worked for Orica Limited in a range of National Sales and Product Management roles. Andrew has extensive experience in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care and industrial sectors.

Martin Turner

General Manager – Finance
Martin Turner was appointed Financial Controller for Cheetham Salt in September 2009. A chartered accountant by profession, Martin’s industrial career began with the Chloride Group where he held financial management roles in the UK, Egypt and New Zealand. Following an acquisition, he transferred to Ansell where he held a number of senior global planning & strategy positions, based in Australia and then in the USA. On returning to Australia in 2003 he joined Futuris Automotive where his responsibilities included global information systems.

Peter Newton

Appointed in June 2011, Peter has held various positions including Key Account Manager and National Production Manager at Cheetham Salt. Prior to joining Cheetham Peter worked in the animal feed industry for CopRice and Riverina Australia and has extensive experience across site operations, export development, sales and marketing, and technical services. Peter is currently enrolled in the MBA (Executive) program at Monash University.

Jonathan Sekhon

Appointed in Aug 2008, Jonathan has held leadership and senior sales roles at Orica Ltd and Quest International. He was previously an Asia Pacific Category Manager with International Flavours and Fragrances. Prior to his commercial roles, Jonathan has held Technical and Quality Management positions at Bonlac Foods Limited and Cadbury Schweppes PLC.

Appointed in September 2011, David has held leadership and senior operational management roles in USA, England and Australia for Lafarge, British Gypsum and Blue Circle Southern Cement. He was previously a manufacturing manager for Boral Plasterboard in Melbourne. Prior to his operational roles, David has held technical roles for Kvaerner Engineering and Blue Circle Industries.

Mr. Arthur Tanudaja (Mech.Engineer)
President Director PT Cheetham Garam Indonesia
Arthur Tanudjaja joined PT Cheetham Garam Indonesia, a subsidiary company of Cheetham salt, in July 2000 and was appointed President Director in July 2003. Prior to joining PT Cheetham Garam Indonesia, Arthur was Director of PT Commonwealth Steel Indonesia, a subsidiary of Smorgon Steel Australia, and has practiced as a Mechanical Engineer. Arthur has extensive experience in establishing successful new investments in Indonesia.
