Mermaid Premium
Fine granulated sea salt, Mermaid Premium is our highest quality evaporated solar salt.  With an average particle size 0.45mm, our white crystal salt is harvested and packaged under strict procedures to deliver superior product quality.

Mermaid Superfine
Widely used in food industry, this very fine to almost powdery sea salt has an average particle size approx to 0.3mm. Highly soluble, this product dissolves readily and mixes consistently with other fine granular ingredients. Mermaid Superfine is also suitable in brine preparation.

Crown PDV (Pure Dried Vacuum)
Crown PDV is a high purity, fine cubic-crystal salt, especially manufactured to remove all the residual chemicals and impurities found in salt. A vital requirement in cheese production, Crown PDV is unsurpassed in purity, quality and performance.

Crown Microfine
Crown Microfine is highly reliable and frequently used in the production of butter. It's texture is a fine powder (commonly called "microfined") with a mean particle size of approximately 0.075mm.
