Mermaid Flossy
High quality refined grade of salt, Mermaid Flossy is regularly used in processed meats. To promote colour development, salt is added to processed meats such as bacon, ham and hot dogs. This medium granular salt is a popular choice with customers, and has an average particle size of 1.0mm.

Mermaid Refined Coarse
Our dry, refined coarse salt also known as rock salt is typically recommended in grinders, or in the preservation of meat and fish. With an average particle size of 3.0mm, it’s proven to be the reliable product with many of our customers.

Mermaid Sieve Coarse
Very large crystals of sea salt, Mermaid Sieve Coarse has no additives and suitable for human consumption. With an average particle size 5.40mm, its much larger than Refined Coarse and generally for food industry but also commonly used as a base for fragranced bath salts.
