Industries we serve - Stockfeed
Cheetham Salt offers an extensive selection of salt grain sizes. They range from very coarse salt used by butchers for pickling and packing meats, right down to micro-fine salt used to make butter. In between, we offer a wide variety of particle sizes to cater for all needs, from food ingredients to the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, and textiles to use in other industrial process.
Salt for animal feed
Animals require sodium and chloride to survive. Supplementing livestock rations with salt is an essential practice to encourage optimum weight gain, yield and performance. Salt can be mixed with feed or fed free-choice to regulate the intake of minerals without the labour of daily feeding.
We offer a vast array of stock feed products packaged in sizes from 25kg bags up to bulk truck loads.
